PURPOSE OF MOLETRON INSTALLATION

   
Boiler In Marine or Stationary BOILERS:

AVOID CARBON UNBURNT & reduce soot-particle formation AVOID SLAG FORMING - CUT COSTS OF MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & REPAIRS.

STOP VISIBLE SMOKE, CURB POLLUTION; IMPROVE INERT GAS OPERATIONS (BY LOWERING OXYGEN IN FLUE GASES, THAT, IN TURN, MAY ALSO CUT - DOWN FUEL OIL CONSUMPTIONS).

   
In DIESEL ENGINES:

EXSTINGUISH FLAMES IN LESS
SPACE - TIME,
AVOID FLAMES IMPINGEMENTS,
SO THAT PISTON CROWNS &
LINERS BENEFIT OF AN AIR-GAS
CUSHION  THAT  PROTECTS
THEM FROM THERMAL STRESS

ALL THE ABOVE IS POSSIBLE THANKS TO THE ULTRASONIC WAVES EFFECT VERSUS ASPHALTENE MICELLES (micelle = a submicroscopic aggregation of molecules).

 

MOLETRON Treatment affects ASPHALTENE "a", a heavy compound of Hydrocarbons which, surrounded by free carbon and contaminants is found in the fuel as hardly burneable micelles (submicroscopic aggregations of molecules).

Before Moletron treatment, O2 reaction is hindered by a shield of impurity particles which causes delay in combustion process, flame impingements, carbon unburnt and slag built up.

After Moletron treatment, which dismantles the shield of impurities, O2 oxidizes faster and completely also the HC particles of asphaltene without producing unburnt by-products. Flames extinguish abruptly and the contaminats, deprived of the thermal support, do not oxidize and leave the combustion chamber or the cylinders in form of powdered ashes.
